Garden Center Workshop and Lecture Group Packages
LECTURES AND CLASSES
Groups wishing for a lecture may choose from the list below. We have several interesting lectures for your group’s enjoyment. Lectures and workshop classes are conducted by Lauren Manning, educator and horticultural specialist or Greg Manning, Stream Cliff Farm’s resident licensed horticulturist. (Topic specific lectures may be available. Contact Lauren for special requests.) Lectures are $20.00 per person.

Some groups desire the Make and Take workshops. Workshops offered are: Spice Potpourri Blending, Tea Blending or Herb & Spice Blending These classes are offered for $30.00 per person . All listed Make and Take projects require a 3 week advance reservation and a 50% deposit for supplies.
Spice Potpourri Blending - Participants will learn about growing and harvesting the different materials used and will blend their own potpourri. $30.00 per person.
Tea Blending - This is a class where you will learn more about the different types of teas, their origins,proper preparation and health benefits. We will instruct on the blending process, custom blending of tea with a make and take special blend of your own. $30.00 per person.
Herb and Spice Blending Class - In this class we will be learning how to use herbs and spices fundamentals to healthy, flavorful cooking. Here you will learn to blend spices to create your own flavors to suit your own palate. Create your own signature spice mix. $30.00 per person.
Stream Cliff Herb Farm Group Function Guidelines
➤ Group functions are scheduled Wednesday through Friday
➤ Minimum group size is 15 people.
➤ A guaranteed count must be given 5 days before your event. This number may increase up to 24 hours prior to your function but may not decrease. Please call the Farm to check for availability when adding guests. You will be charged for the guaranteed number even if your group is less the day of the event.
➤ Full payment is due at the time of function.
➤ One person is responsible for the payment.
➤ Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or check accepted.
➤ No food or beverage may be brought onto the premises.
➤ No smoking or outside alcohol please.
➤ Private room rental is $75 for 2 hours.
➤ Classes require a 50% deposit for make and take workshops non-refundable deposit 3-weeks prior to the event.
➤ Deposits are non-refundable.
